• To qualify for the 150 Average and under division, the bowler's final sanction average of the 2010-2011 season must not exceed 150 for 21 games.  If no 2010-2011 average your highest 2011-2012 average of at least 15 games will be used.
• To qualify for the Senior Division, you must be at least 62 years young and show ID at the time of check-in.
• The organizer of any squad of 16 or more bowlers, who remits all names and payment at least 48 hours  prior to the date scheduled to bowl will receive a free entry.  Squad organizers will also qualify for our new Squad Leader Bonus Prize.
• The tournament is closed to all PBA card holders. 
• This is a non-sanctioned tournament, but all USBC rules will apply.  The Tournament Committee has the right to deny entry or disqualify bowlers if necessary.
• To guarantee your reservation please remit both name(s) and entry fee(s) of all bowlers at least 24 hours prior to squad that you wish to participate.  Phone reservations not remitting payment can be bumped for a pre-paid entry.
• The $30 entry fee applies to pre-paid and repeat entries only.  Walk in day of tournament entries are $35.
• All prize checks must be cashed by May 1, 2012, otherwise they will be void.  The Tournament Committee accepts no responsibility to pay any entry not showing a proper address.
• Checks are accepted for pre-paid entries 72 hours prior to the date scheduled to bowl.  All walk-in entries must be paid in cash.  There is an ATM on site.
• We will be accepting credit cards via our website for pre-paid entries only.
