PLEASE READ! THESE RULES WILL BE STRICTLY FOLLOWED!

·          Bonus for under 150 average bowlers: To qualify for the 150 or under average bonus prize, bowler’s final average of the 2008-2009 season must not exceed 150. An average verification is the BOWLERS responsibility.

·          Senior Bowlers: To qualify you must be at least 62 years young and show ID at the time of check-in and have your sheet marked accordingly.

·          Squad organizers: The organizer of any squad of 16 or more bowlers, who remits all names and payment at least 72 hours prior to the date scheduled to bowl will receive a single free entry. Squad leader names will be entered into a drawing for a special $100.00 bonus prize.

·          Ineligible bowlers: P.B.A. and Regional bowlers are not allowed. This is an amateur only tournament.

·          Prizes: All prize checks must be cashed by May 1, 2010, otherwise they will be void. The Elgin Lanes No-Tap committee accepts no responsibility to pay any entry not showing proper address.

·          Check Policy: Checks accepted for pre-paid entries only at a minimum of 48 hours prior to the date scheduled to bowl. All walk-ins must be in cash.  We have an ATM.  There will be a 35.00 Charge for any returned check.

• Reservation policy: The only way to guarantee your reservation(s) is to remit both name(s) and entry fee(s) of all the participants at least 72 hours prior to the squad in which you wish to participate. Phone reservations not remitting payment as stated above are not considered confirmed and will be bumped for a pre-paid entry.
• Online Credit Card pre-paid entries: We will be accepting credit cards via our website for prepaid entries only. Minimum 24 hour advanced purchase is required, and a small service fee will be applied at the time of purchase, see website for details.
• $25.00 fee applies to pre-paid and same day repeat entries only. Walk in entries $35.00
